Post w/o - 1 egg, 1 egg white, large handful of tri-colored chopped peppers, 1 french onion Laughing Cow cheese triangle, 1 slice Healthly Life WW toast w/t tsp. RFPB
Lunch 1/2 serving of Chicken Fajita Taco Salad (split with a friend); 10 chips and 3 oz. salsa. Water
Dinner 4 oz. Roast Pork Tenderloin, 1/4 of a potato, boiled, Schwann Life Smart Vegetables, steamed cauliflower and 1 slice Healthy Life WW Bread with 1 Tbs. Pumpkin Butter
Snack No snacks today.
