Breakfast 12 almonds (I got busy and forgot to eat!)
Lunch Los Potros salad
lettuce, green peppers, onions, shrimp and salsa
chips and salsa (not sure how many but was probably around 10, got to talking and forgot to count)
Dinner 1 taco with ground beef and weight watchers mexican cheese
17 Special K Multigrain crackers
Snack 6 glasses of water
Comments/Questions? I just haven't felt very hungry these past few weeks. Hoping to get back on schedule when I get back to a regular routine! (:
