Breakfast before boot camp-cheese stick
after bc 6 inch turkey (left over from last night) baby dill pickles about 15
Lunch 6 inch turkey with cheese and apple slices
Dinner egg whites with veggies and toast 1 slice with smidge of butter...this is what I plan to eat tonight
Snack cheese stick, clementine, almonds
after dinner a yogurt and almonds
Comments/Questions? I really need to get some food and quit eating subway!
