Breakfast The veggie eggwhite Omelet with a triangle of laughing cow cheese. spicing it up a little
Piece of whole wheat toast
Lunch turkey on wheat thin (arnolds) with 6 grape tomatoes.
Dinner going to have some spaghetti just a little with a salad.
Snack banana with almonds (100 cal pack)
cheese stick. oh and a piece of cherry pie then after I ate it found out it had 400 calories YIKES
yogurt will be after dinner
