calories .....stopped counting at 1240 but pretty sure I passed 2000

walked 4 miles
My "one good choice leads to another" didn't work yesterday but I am definately going with Jane's advice and let it go today. For some reason after my "unplanned" dinner I continued to make bad choices! Even ate after my walk and the whole purpose of the evening walk was to eliminate the after dinner eating. Sorry team 2...."Packing the cooler" today, when it is empty, I am done.
