Breakfast 1/2 Protein Bar
1/2 cup milk - before BC 4:30am

Same after BC 9:00am
Lunch Grilled Chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion
Dinner Way too much spaghetti with meat sauce
Garlic bread made with sandwich thin dry with garlic salt






Snack Grapes

1 90 cal fudge bar

1/2 sandwich thin with PB
1/2 cup milk
Comments/Questions? I ate too much for dinner, I just could not help myself it was sooo good.
I was really hungry today???
I felt so bad about all the spaghetti I just got back from running 2 miles, now I feel a bit better.
Praying for good numbers for all on friday and also for the girls results today.
