Breakfast Sandwich thin with 1 tsp of PB
1/2 cup milk
Lunch Bagel thin with turkey lettuce and mustard
Grapes
1 small bag baked lays
Dinner 4 oz Ribeye steak
1/4 cup baked potato with 1 tsp light sour cream
A ton of steamed broccoli
Snack Strawberry fruit and oat bar
Comments/Questions? Forgot to post tuesday exercise:
ran 2 miles then biked 6 miles
Not sure about tonight yet, my legs are killing me from Monday and Tuesday running and biking.
