Chix Food Journal Dana Clark

Breakfast Pre BC 15 grapes and 1 sting cheese

Sandwich thin with 1 egg with 3 slices of turkey
Lunch Small salad with one hard boiled egg with tomato and lite itl dressing (20 Cal dressing)

5 peices of thin pizza (like monicals)
Dinner Grilled Chicken and veggie wrap (had some cheese on it) not sure on cals.
small baked potato plain
Snack Small banana
Apple

weight watcher Ice cream cone 110 cal

15 special K wheat crackers with 1 tbls fat free refried beans
Comments/Questions? Not the best day but not so bad, need more water. Was very hungry today.
