1/4 orange and chunks of watermelon
Snack coffee
water
1/2 brownie
Comments/Questions? Forgot I didn't log Saturday--bad day eating and no exercise at baseball games all day and night.
Breakfast: banana w/ peanut butter
Lunch: Ham sandwich on bun Fresh fruit
Dinner: 1/4 Philly Cheese sandwich, 1 slice of pizza, 1 small cookie
