Breakfast 1 C Cherrios
blueberries
1 C 2% milk
coffee/creamer
Lunch Salad from IGA -tomato, peas, raisins, sunflower seeds, 6 cubes of ham, egg, cheese, kidney beans, garbonzo beans
Lite Italian dressing
Cherries
1 bite of macaroni salad (ended up I didn't like it, so why eat it)
Dinner BLT - 3 slices bacon (this is half of what I usually put on the sandwich), lots of lettuce and tomato on whole wheat
1 peach
2 bites baked beans
Snack activia yogurt
5 blackberries
2 butterscotch disc candies
