Lunch PF Changs spicy Chicken bowl (chicken, broccoli with brown rice and spices) Cal ??
1 cup egg drop soup
Dinner Spaghetti with marinara
1 slice of bread
antipasta salad
Snack Cheese stick
Wheat thins with cream cheese
Comments/Questions? Not sure on calories today, ate out all three meals. Tried to make the best choices. I really think I am getting use to changing my mind set when ordering out. It is not so bad. I know it was not the best for calories today but it sure was alot better then what I would have choosen in the past.
