Dinner Large veggie salad with grilled chicken and 1 hard boiled egg with rasp vin dressing









Snack 15 grapes
cottage cheese with tomato
2 wheat cracker
1 choc fudge bar 80 cal.
Comments/Questions? Boot camp in the am
Ran 2 miles and road 4 on bike
