Baked Potato w/1% cottage cheese and chives from my garden
Broccoli slaw
Took a pass on the homemade biscuits :)
Snack 5 multi-grain crackers
4 cubes of cheese
1/4 cup raisins
Comments/Questions? I made up my missed workout today with Deb and Mike Rogers ~~ we biked 25.55 miles this morning ~~ what a great time with such nice people!!
