Dinner Salad with tons of vegetables, 1 hard boiled egg and turkey breast
1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
Balsamic, olive oil and dijon mustard dressing
Snack cranberrry almond cereal
Almond Breeze 40 cal. milk
