Lunch Turkey/tomato/spinach/avacado slice/wheat pita- few cherries
Dinner spinach/chick pea salad/grilled chicken-colored peppers/ vinegar evoo
Snack 1/2 c yogurt/1/3 c cottage cheese/grapes

wheat pita/straw cream ch/strawberries
Comments/Questions? 7 miles run- 2 easy-4 hard-1 mile cool down:)- felt so good
