Breakfast 2 egg whites
1/4 c black beans
2 T salsa
parmesan & 1/2 pita

we are calling this "brain food"
Lunch 1 cup veggie soup
turkey in pita w/veggies
Dinner smoked pork loin
cottage cheese
Snack 1. oatmeal & applesauce
2. yogurt parfait
3. broiled carrots w/cinnamon & T of vanilla yogurt
