Breakfast 3 egg whites/salsa/ 1/2 wheat pita
Lunch apple/walnut/chicken salad from steak and shake 337 calories - pretty good- didn't even need dressing!
Dinner broccoli and chicken- olive oil and garllic
Snack apple and almond butter - delicious!
