Until right now I didn't realize I haven't walked! Great workout this AM then meetings this am. LONG nap, I am thinking (hoping) I still am needing a little recovery time. Meetings Tues. Wed. and Fri. so need to make a plan for when I walk. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU WORKING WOMEN DO IT!!
