Comments/Questions? Wonderful birthday!! I had a great day and a great day with my food. Choc. has always been a birthday treat for me and it is also a trigger....I planned well and didn't miss it today nor do I feel deprived. FINALLY I am beginning to see what you mean when you say after eating clean for a long period of time you stop craving foods you had in the past....if I want them now it is all about emotions not cravings.
