Breakfast 1 banana w/ peanut butter
1/2 english muffin
Lunch egg beater egg white omelet w/ broccoli, tomatoes, onion and little cheese
yogurt w/ fiber one cereal sprinkled in it
Dinner 1/2 lavash w/ turkey, spinach, apple, cheese
grapes
Snack popcorn (100 calories)
small bowl cereal w/ almond milk
Comments/Questions? **no crackers--yeah!

stocked up, planned, organized, need to make sure I have snacks and meals written down so I can see them and not have to think too much.
