Breakfast 1/2 banana
fresh fruit smoothie
Lunch 1 chicken breast
1/2 sweet potato(it was still big) w/ sour cream
Dinner 1/2 piece pizza
fresh veggies w/ dip
swiss cheese
grapes/crackers
Snack granola bar
couple sips hot chocolate
Comments/Questions? lunch was VERY filling--I think I need to eat something bigger like that more often in the middle of the day--not near as hungry in the afternoon.
