Breakfast whole grain toast w/ 1 tsp. peanut butter
2 slices cheese w/ crackers
Lunch raw veggies
small portion potato salad
small portion bbq w/ no bun
Dinner grapes
cottage cheese/tomato

Snack grapes
popcorn (100 calories)
Comments/Questions? **not great choices today, terrible headache for some reason.
**also, did not get as much water in as I should have, really going to focus this week on foods/water, mentally planned food for week so think I will be good, would like another 2 lbs. to come off!!!
