| Comments/Questions? | Total calories 1322 Boot camp was awesome! I walked 2 miles today. Meetings but fitted a little in, tomorrow I plan on more. Packed a lunch and snack because I was out of the house and that helped a lot. Will pack my snacks in my red boot camp bag each day....snacks are the hardest for me. |
