1 slice whole grain toast w/ 1 TBL peanut butter
Lunch 1/2 chicken salad
veggies
few chips w/ kiwi/cilantro salsa (other than chips hardly any calories)
Dinner BIG sweet potato w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese
olives
Snack 1/2 granola bar
LOT's of veggies w/ a little bit of dip
