| Comments/Questions? | Re read parts of the Thin Commandments. I didn't feel well after lunch and let my "child self-talk" feel sorry because I was sick and allowed myself to eat ice cream....continued to read and rather than tell myself "I blew it" I am telling myself the next time I feel ill, I will be aware of what my food history is and be prepared to find another way to comfort myself.....that being: soup and a nap, I have a plan and that is the first step. |
