Breakfast yogurt w/ fiber one cereal in it
banana w/ 1 tsp.peanu butter
Lunch tuna
cottage cheese
grapes
Dinner baked sweet potato w/ sour cream
1 piece thin lean bacon
Snack fiber one bar
handful of popcorn
2 stalks of celery w/ laughing cow cheese
Comments/Questions? only had my chopsticks at dinner, will use them for my meals tomorrow
**make sure you use them more as a scoop when eating little
