Breakfast whole grain toast
egg white omelet w/ spinach, peppers, tomatoes, little feta cheese
Lunch spring mix w/ oranges, pecans, little amount cheese--peach dressing (low calorie)
Dinner bowl of low calorie soup (leeks, onion, celery, carrots, small potatoes--yummy -- cup only 130 calorie, I went for bowl 260 calorie)

1/2 chicken brat (no bread)
Snack cheese
handful veggie chips
