For me, too much beef. too much bread and not enough veg. Calories were good.

(NOT TRUE but I count clean eating for me as weeks that I limit beef to only one or two meals. It isn't a trigger for me but something I really need to watch.)

Thrilled with the dreaded RUN WORKOUT this morning. Felt fantastic after it was over!
