Breakfast before run: 1/2 banana
after run: egg whites w/ broccoil,mushrooms,cheese. 1/2 banana
Lunch green salad w/chicken breast, radishes,avacado, feta cheese, evoo+balsamic vinegar. blueberries
Dinner chicken breast mixed w/broccoli,peas,mushrooms,cheese (sounds weird but, it was good!)
Snack morning: string cheese, 24 natural almonds, 1 strawberry
afternoon: 3 strawberries
