Breakfast 2 pieces WW toast w/3 pieces turkey bacon
Lunch leftover lean meatball w/about 1 tablespoon of mashed potato
Dinner joseph pita w/2 teaspoon pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, green olives, green peppers, cheese
Snack small hot fudge sundae.....did not eat it all.....
Comments/Questions? learned my lesson the sundae gave me a bad tummy ache!
