1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 english muffin
1 tbls homemade peanut butter
Lunch protein bar

busy afternoon not good eating
Dinner blue chips
lettuce
black beans
salsa
sourcream
bit of cheese
2 tbls ground chuck

Snack 1 small banana
1 laughing cow
nuts
yogurt w/blueberries (fresh)
Comments/Questions? not one of my better days..
