Lunch crackers
turkey~2oz
hummus
soup
Dinner beef veggie stir fry
rice
Snack 1030 protein

3 apple w/ p.butter

yogurt & fresh fruit
Comments/Questions? rather heavy food day :-( sorta feel it this eve... your mental attitude and your food choices are very much the same. going to kick out of this dump! (mood)

walked 2 miles today.. caused finger to throb.. urg... tomorrow, i will be blessed with another day and will make better choices..
