Breakfast pre run: 1/2 banana
after run: 1/2 banana. egg whites w/ broccoli,cauliflower, mushrooms, feta cheese.
Lunch green salad w/ tuna, celery, evoo+ balsamic vinegar. 1/2 c ff cottage cheese. grapes
Dinner baked chicken breast. green salad w/feta evoo+ balsamic vinegar
Snack mid morning:24 natural almonds, string cheese

after work: handful of peanuts
Comments/Questions? Ran 6 miles this morning with Chris! Thought we would do our long run today instead of Saturday..just in case!
