Breakfast roastbeef on honeyoat bread
Lunch 6inch subway ham no cheese with veggies and apple slices
Dinner fake taco--toast a flatout a little on one side put part avocado and salsa wrap it up and yummy
Snack ok 14 licorice pieces thought the bag said 14 for 150 calories WRONG--4 pieces so yes it is a lot of bad calories...almonds banana cheesestick flatout chips and salsa
Comments/Questions? toast a flatout in a skillet on both sides until crispy..cut into squares...dip in salsa....just as good as chips and salsa but a lot less calories
thought I posted this yesterday but guess it didn't go.
