Lunch side salad w/onion, tomato, cheese, cucumber and ranch on side and 5 jumbo shrimp
Dinner 1 lean homemade meatball and about 2 tablespoon of mashed potato
Snack 150 calories of goldfish and 2 SF peppermint patties
