WG sandwich thin w/peanut butter (homemade)
asparagus/red pepper
coffee
Lunch juice plus protein shake
Dinner 1 cup homemade pumpkin noodles with assorted veggies
tuna
spinach/lettuce salad
Snack 10 am protein

2 pm sm banana w/homemade p.butter

7 pm yogurt w/fresh fruit
Comments/Questions? had to work eddie bauer start @ 8am, long day on the feet! didnt sleep well last night very tired this eve.

does anyone else have trouble sleeping after the long run day? second time this has happened :-( just wondering any tricks or things i may be missing...
