Dinner SHRIMP ASST VEGGIES 1 SPRING ROLL. APROX 500 CALORIES JUST GUESSING. HAD CHINESSE AND NO SAUCE ON SHRIMP AND VEGGIES.
Snack LOTS OF RASPBERRIES 1/2 PINT. THEY WERE SO GOOD. 80 BANANA BEFORE RUN.
Comments/Questions? RAN 5 MILES CUT 3 MINUTES FROM LAST WEEKS TIME. ATE APPROX 1580 FOR THE DAY.
