1/2 c cream of wheat

Lunch chicken and veggies with WW pasta
1 banana
sm salad w/ 2 tbsp light dressing
=455
Dinner 1 crustini with goat cheese
1/2 salad(tomatoes, onions, feta, olives)
1 chicken breast with some mushrooms and a few veggies
shared a white choc bread pudding(looked like a 6 oz ramikin)
2 glasses of moscoto
sm latte(NF)
=who knows...not good
Snack None thankfully
Comments/Questions? Total before dinner=675 cals
Went to dinner at Biaggis with some friends. A liitle out of control. Though it was a much needed good time with firends.
