Lunch turkey, onion, tomato, and lettuce w/a touch of horseradish (no bun)
Dinner 1/2 cup pasta w/olive oil, minced garlic, and parm cheese w/1 piece WW toast
Snack 120 calories of almonds and 3 pieces of SF licorice
