Lunch salad with chicken no dressing
cup of veggie beef soup total 300cal
Dinner 6 squares of pizza and 1 breadsick
Snack almonds banana cheesestick (2)
yogurt -1/3 of a hersey bar(nephew gave it to me)
some flatout chips and salsa
Comments/Questions? ran 3 miles
need to make more time to plan out and not get so hungry
