Breakfast egg/beater with wonderful happy veggies that made the LC queso cheese laugh and made the vinegar with the mother just shake her head :-)
Lunch 1 cup soup with added spinach and vinegar
2oz turkey
baby bel
Dinner WG sandwich thin
salmon
pepperjack cheese
salad
Snack 10 am pre run protein
noon recovery protein
3pm apple, 1/2 banana & 2tbl p.butter
7 pm yogurt with fresh fruit
