Dinner ravioli stuffed with the mush, onion, cheese
tomato sauce
Snack banana/milk
Comments/Questions? 40 min yoga, 30 min walk...played with my kettle weight for 15 min. I made the pasta and I thought my arms were going to fall off. No wonder my grandma lived to 97...she never stopped cooking from "scratch" and that is HARD work!
