Breakfast pre run: 1/2 banana
after run: 1/2 banana. eggwhites w/ broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, feta cheese.
Lunch green salad w/ tuna, broccoli, celery, feta cheese, evoo+ balsamic vinegar. 1/2 c ff cottage cheese. grapes
Dinner one skillet meatballs. ground sirloin meatballs, whole grain pasta simmered in low sodium chicken broth, white wine, finished with boursin cheese.

broccoili/ cauliflower. ff cottage cheese
Snack 24 natural almonds, string cheese
