Comments/Questions? No workout....so messed up on journal...tried to remember because I didn't write it down...know 2 days were lost to clean eating and within my calorie range. Tomorrow...new plan, lots of water lots of protein and back on the plan. On the good side...HAD A GREAT relaxing time with my girlfriends.
