other, 1tbls fresh cooked pumpkin
asparagus
fresh spinach cooked in apple cider vinegar
Lunch 2 oz roast chicken breast
arugala, lettuce, spinach
LC cheese
WG crackers
tea
Dinner 2 oz salmon over veggies salad
1 cup soup
Snack 930 protein shake

1130 pre run protein

3pm apple with p.butter

7 yogurt w/fresh fruit
Comments/Questions? was able to run today!!! first mile was @ 4.3, secnd mile was 5 mph..so happy to get back into it!
