low fat ceasar dressing
crutons
low fat cheese
Lunch 2 slices homeade mushroom pizza
water
Dinner going to have chilli and crackers with diet pepsi
Snack water
allowing for : banana
low fat/no sugar choc pudding made with 1 % milk, more water
