Lunch Green Salad w/ shredded chicken breast and string cheese
1 100 cal. yogurt
5 saltines
Dinner Green Salad w/ shredded chicken breast and sliced avocado ~ 2 tbs Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
2 crowns of steamed brocolli w/spray butter and spinkle of salt
Snack 2 handfuls of pretzels
1 Gala Apple with PB2
