Breakfast 2 Whole grain waffles
1/2 c berries
Lunch apple/powdered peanut butter
Dinner Monical pizza

(didn't even try to calculate the calories)
Snack None....trying to fix what I had broken!
Comments/Questions? I went to Tricia's early...before I worked out...so I didn't do it later.
It was cold and nasty so I let my emotions control my eating and ditched the plan and had pizza.
Not feeling really badly about it because I did grab control, but am making another public commitment to eat on my plan for today AND to workout. Have a great "cold /nasty" day today, everyone.
