Lunch 12 peel and eat shrimp
1/2 of seafood cobb salad....no bacon

Dinner chicken club...no bacon, no mayo

=350 cals
Snack sm NF latte=80 cals

sm dairy product(may have been frozen:)
=150 cals
Comments/Questions? Total calories=1208
Lots of shopping today=lots of walking.
Feelin better about my weigh-in today since I just bought 2 pairs of capris in the smallest size ever in my life:)
