Diet Pepsi
Magnum Ice Cream Bar (I know!!)
Dinner 4 oz sirloin steak
Baked potato
Asparagus
2 tsp smart balance
Snack Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks
Strawberries
Whipped Chocolate Yoplait
Diet Pepsi
Comments/Questions? Training doesn't start for me until the 6th- but I think I need to get a head start on this Chix Food Journal... I'm supposed to be following WW Points- and the last couple of days have been bad... So I'll put it out here in Cyberspace for all to see. I am not giving my real name-if you know me and what I do for a living, the pseudonym will tell all!
